Rule 26
Procedure to be submitted in writing
The following procedure should be followed in the document brought to the court for registration:-
(a) written, typed or printed on one side of the paper in solid black ink only, on fullscape size Nepali plain paper, leaving a margin of ten centimeters towards the top of the first page and leaving a margin of five centimeters on the left side of each page, without exceeding thirty two lines per page,
(b) The name, surname, age, address and house number of the person brought to be registered (if known, including the address of the electronic medium including email, _ fax mobile number) and the name, surname, age, address and house number of the opponent (if known, email, Fax, mobile number and other electronic means of address) should be mentioned,
(c) If the document is computer typed, it should be typed in Unicode font size eleven,
(d) If a legal practitioner drafts the document, the name, signature and certificate number of the legal practitioner should be mentioned on the left side margin, (e) The person who brought the document to be registered by himself or other person other than a legal practitioner declares that "I have executed this document, I have not been convicted of corruption, fraud, forgery and I have not yet to pay imprisonment and fine from any court or agency". Full name, surname, address should be signed on the left edge of each page of the document by the person doing such writing,
(f) In the last chapter of the document, the sentence "The statement written in it is completely true, if it is found to be false, it will be punished according to the law" should be mentioned,
(g) Under the sentence mentioned in clause (f), the person who brought the document for registration should sign on the right side and under it should mention the year, month, date and time when the document was brought for registration,
(h) Subjects should be written in appropriate and restrained language, separating the cases sequentially,
(i) The name, surname, address and other necessary identifying details of each person included in the petition should be mentioned,
(h) P. mentioned in the documentFull details of each place should be mentioned,
(k) Any person who brings a document to be registered or who comes to file a document in the court must submit his name, surname, address, citizenship certificate or any proof of identification provided by an official body. However, if the relevant evidence is submitted once and such evidence or a certified copy of the same is attached, it is not necessary to submit it again and again. Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, "document" means an appeal, written reply or petition.
